Michael was very good he made me feel it is ok to call for a leaking tap ,it is the second time I have had Michael he came and gave me a quote about putting a toilet in the bath room he is very honest which I appreciate.

Very pleased to have had Swan’s recommended to us when we discovered some plumbing issues with our recently purchased home. They got back to us quickly and were able to come out quickly as well. I phoned a very helpful lady at Swan's mid morning to make an appointment, for a plumber to attend and address my leaking toilet. I was pleasantly surprised when told that a plumber could attend within a couple of hours. Toby attended and arrived at the agreed time. He inspected the problem, and informed me that my (very old) cistern tank was cracked and I needed a new one. He also informed me what the total cost of the replacement toilet and labour was going to cost me. He sourced a new toilet locally, and returned and installed it. Problem fixed, Very quick and professional service provided. I would definitely recommend Swan's Professional Plumbing to my friends and family. I am very impressed. Thank you Swan's. Had an emergency job showed up within the specified time and went beyond to repair the broken pipe. Professional and friendly will definitely recommend and use again.

Michael recently replaced our Kitchen Mixer after the previous one had become wobbly. He explained that the bracket holding it in place had bent, this caused it to be quite tricky to remove. In the end, Michael's ability to problem solve was great, he got the old one out, installed the lovely new tap and ensured my under bench water filter was all hooked up correctly.Michael then offered a free safety check as he noticed my sink draining poorly - this resulted in him discovering a solidified lump of grease blocking my drain.Could not have been happier with the service and professionalism.Will definately use Swan's again.

My wife and I were impressed with the professional approach to our problem of a blocked drain. The Swan's Professional Plumbing, team (Michael & his apprentice) not only treated our problem, they assisted us with further information about renovating our old bathroom (with another Company).

Michael at Swan’s Professional Plumbing has been fantastic to deal with. He arrived on time, was friendly, highly knowledgeable and took care to change his shoes each time he came in the house. He conducted a thorough health check of our plumbing and provided 3 quotes for improved water heating options.
