The chicken I had was not fresh at all, cold and hard but they still argued to be fresh tested like leftovers I really did not enjoy my money and no one could help me about that

very good and fresh food.my chicken was hot and crispy not oily at all.i love the dippa sauce and they are fast with cust service.the tables are nice and clean.over all i just love them.thank you for your great food

Management are bad ! I both a burger that day and the dough was still raw . And I reported it and that manager on duty was so rude . She asemed I wanted something for free . And I told her I just wanted it to let her know and I did not want anything . They should go for training on customer service .

15 minutes waiting in the queue to place an order with 2 customer infront of me. Please bear in mind the 15 minutes excludes the waiting time for the food. Great food bad service.

Was so disappointed, l ordered 2 piece chicken with small chips but the waitress requested if l can add R5 and have larger which did and didn't have problem with that. Surprisingly as soon l order my food was in less than 2mins, only to find out the chips was cold no taste the same with chicken you could tell it wasn't fresh also cold. So dissaponted. Next time will rather try Zebros next door
