Hi everyone... I would like to speak about my experience, service and outright get what was advertised product and service. This was one of the first times in my life that i recievced completely what was sold to me with no hassles and issues. In this day and age... What you expect in service and quality compared to what you really get differs more often than not. If you want amazing, hassle free personal service, go with ZTEL. I applied for fibre on a Friday afternoon and within an hour my application was successfully processed by Mariya. She contacted the Openserve technician who was at my home early Monday morning. Immediately after, Khalil, ZTELs chief technician, came through with the free wifi router and completed the setup. I was up and running in a matter of minutes. Thank you for your professional and personal service.

Amazing experience dealing with Ztel..Connectivity has become such a major requirement in todays time with more people working at home/school lessons being online so naturally was a little concerned that my move to Ztel would have some teething issues. To my suprise everything went smoothly and efficiently. From the installation team to the regional director, all performed their duties professionally. Have no issues with the air fibre and the packages are so affordable. Ztel has gone above and beyond and proud to have them as my ISP. Well done guys
