Prestige Plus were easy to deal with and very professional in every step from sales, on-site quoting, and installation. The sound insulating window we had installed has been great and looks very smart - clearly the window was planned and manufactured and installed well. The only negative was needing to pay a deposit for an on-site measure and detailed quote.

This is the second time we have used Prestige Plus for our windows and doors and they were even better than the first time, if that’s even possible. The products are amazing and everyone is fast, responsive, efficient and friendly. The whole process is easy and I absolutely love, love, love our new doors. I can’t recommend Prestige Plus highly enough!

Wow what a team. From the first phone call to visiting the show room. Service brilliant. Then the installation. Team turned up on time. They were super respectful. Each afternoon they tidy away their tools, every bit of old windows and fly screens were removed. The path and driveway clean and clear. 1 window cracked on installation but they were up front and said we already have the replacement ordered. Another standout which sealed the deal for us was the team all the team were from 1 company. No passing the buck “that’s not my problem that’s the contractors problem” everything was in house and to a standard unbeatable. I have recommended them to everyone. They are fabulous.

We reviewed several companies specialising in double glazing before settling on Prestige Plus. This was based on price along with the build quality that we saw in the showroom.In the end we had 13 windows (some very large), two sliding doors, along with a large 4m stacker door.To be completely honest, we are super impressed with the result and although an expensive outlay, the price was reasonable compared with the rest of the market.Dmitry was a pleasant person to deal with, and the installation guys were polite and efficient.Thanks very much Prestige Plus!

Cannot fault the overall outcome of our project, really good quality double glazed upvc windows with internal blinds, delivering exceptional product performance both thermally and acoustically, and they look amazing too. An absolute pleasure working with Prestige Plus. Our existing frames were more than 50 years old and they worked towards absolute perfection on installation. Through the process they were also very supportive on holding the doors until the rest of the renovation was getting ready to do the installation. Great quality products and great knowledge on installation with remarkable attention to detail. Super recommend.

I am extremely happy with the service provided by the entire Prestige Plus team and would highly recommend to all my family and friends! I had new windows installed in my lounge room and the two front bedrooms and all the windows look amazing, much better than expected, and most importantly has reduced the noise from the busy road considerably. We cannot praise Prestige Plus highly enough! We shopped around extensively beforehand and went with them both because of the competitive price, the quality and the extensive range of options they offered. Great showroom too.Our job was big and complicated but Alex and Serg in the office were always on hand and quick to respond to calls and emails. The installation team, Mario and Dominic were amazing!! Such a contrast to other tradies we’ve used in recent times. Great attention to detail, brilliant problem solvers and fast workers.The double glazing has totally transformed the rooms that we have installed it in. We’re on the western slopes of the Blue Mountains and with temperatures now falling to less than 10 degrees most nights outside, we haven’t yet needed to put heaters on. We’ve only had a few hot days so far since the installation but on those days those rooms were our haven, significantly cooler than elsewhere in the house.
