Great place for any business that needs their raw materials signage needs met. Like Perspex boards or eyelets. Keep in mind you have to register with your company details so that takes a bit of time. The staff are friendly although the service is a bit slow, the prices make up for it.

Ordered & paid for a sheet of Sikoma PVC board on 5 Aug 2019 & was promised that the board would be delivered to us on 7 Aug as they did not have any in stock. By 9 Aug they still had no stock. Following week no stock & no further communication (we had to continually follow up with them as they did not bother to call us). Eventually after no further communication & no delivery I sent them a message via their online form asking for feedback but no response over a week later. No offer for a refund & when I asked they said no!Eventually spoke to the national manager who literally agreed with me that the service at their Cape Town branch is terrible & he asked me to please put my complaint in writing which I did. No response! No further communication - they happily took my money & gave me nothing in return & refused to refund me! Not sure how that works?

Falcon has been one of our suppliers for many years and not once was there a moment that I was ever disappointed, they treat their clients with the utmost respect. Prices at Falcon is lower than average and I will continue supporting them.

Most pathetic service delivery from the lady called Robin. Waiting over 2 months for a product. When the stock arrives it's just too much hassle to inform us, the customer . Called so many times. On 2 occasions we were told the product is in stock and arrived to find the incorrect product instead . This is by far the worst service delivery ever. Unfortunately the company gets the bad rating for staff being inefficient.

Ethics is a big deal to me. I look forward to meeting these guys at the consumer council.

Wish I can give a -5 star review. Staff gets moody when I want my stock to be couriered (at my own costs), as they do not even offer that. Pathetic customer service and even worst website. I will stick to Maizey's Plastics. WORST SERVICE, I do not recommend this company to anyone

Good prices... Very good quality products.Only thing is they don't have a display section. You can't see the vinyls first hand and need to rely on a chat for colour choices... Other than that service is great and staff are good.

Had the misfortune to have to go collect chromadek from this company today. Oder was phoned in long before hand to speed it up. On arrival much to my dismay the order was not ready. Took about an hour to get it. Was one of 2 customers, other chap required a few metres of vinyl, arrived after me. Terrible service. Thank goodness I don't deal with this company on a regular basis.

I went to Falcon SA in Cape Town Maitland on a Friday. The website states closing time of 5pm and I went around 4pm. Guard stopped us and told us that they close at 4pm. Firstly , this wasn't such a problem but it would be nice if businesses adhere to their office hours.Then I came on Monday . The staff is absolutely impolite. I say staff as there was a gentleman next to me that just came in that was treated with equal unfriendly behaviour like myself.I came in to purchase satin black and pink vinyl to wrap my car. We asked the lady behind the counter for the satin black and she gave myself the colour template with normal black and matte black.Thinking that she possibly misheard us , we asked if they have the satin black in stock as she didn't say anything when handing me the colour wheel. She said no.these are the only blacks. That is why I pulled those two out." I don't believe treating money paying customer like children is the way to go.Then I decided to go with the matte black.
