One of the worst places to get some help. I had to straighten my shaft and got my car back with another issue . I had to wait another week to get my car book to get my wheel bearing done and it still was not fix. Dirk replies to me was I don't drive other peoples cars. I ended up at Dunlop to replace my wheel bearing again as dirk used a cheap bearing.

What a bad place. Made an appointment booked car in. Did not work on it the whole day. Never phoned back. Stay away

Made appointment & arrived only to find not in book. HOWEVER- Dirk the younger was fantastic- sorted my cv issue within 2 hrs, gave me some valuable advice and charged me less than I expected. I admit the 'customer handling skills of some staff are lacking, but the technical part was flawless. Price was a bonus, I plan to use them again ,

Called for expert advice on a issue and got told that i shouldnt make my problem theirs. Total disregard for attending to problems or listening i was disgusted by what i heard from the owner. They are renowned for modifications on cvs and shafts however he tells me i modified my vehicle and shoudnt be surprised at a 15k bill what the hell ! it was a scene out of the movies. Much better service from his son and their competition. Ive been a customer for 10 years plus but i would not recommend or visit your company again. If you have hair on your teeth or need to listen to a male karen with an attitude go there and deal with this sociopath . You need to develop people skills or employ someone to deal with people so your personality flaws dont get highlighted my man you need help

worst service ever. the owner yelled and cursed at my wife because she wanted to wait for the car with our 7 week old baby as it was a little cold to walk around with him,he started throwing doors and tools making her cry, and even when she decided to use his service anyway he refused to work on our car.The owners wife had to apologize on her husband behalf.
