Good day. We went to get our child to be vaccinated today. Yoh the bad looks and treatment we got from the young lady was horrific. She first told us they don't have vaccines then change that they have Pfizer BUT we must be six before she can open one for our son. And it was now close to 17:00. What a disaster. I was supposed to get my medicine but decided rather to walk out. Is this customer care? Is this the way customers getting treated. The utter disrespectful way this lady treated us with.

Very slow service, with many pharmacy staff huddling and walking around...priority should be seeing to clients especially when it is busy. To make the situation worse, after waiting approximately 30 mins at pharmacy, one has to wait in a frustratingly long queue at tills to pay because there are only two tellers. This store needs to sharpen its customer focus.

The queue are really a problem, if you lucky you spend 45 minutes in the store. The pharmacy should employ more people. Telling me that others wait longer than me, actually means nothing to me. I want to know why I gave to wait so long. Shape up Clicks otherwise we will have to complain to our medical aids that insist we use you

After 3 phone calls with the phone being picked up and then put down in my ear, I finally got hold of Zunathi (??sp) in Dispensary. She is an Ambassador for your branch and needs to train some of your other staff.

I have to compliment Jothie from the Clicks Beacon Bay Pharmacy. She is always so helpful and friendly. I have been going there for years now and sĥe always makes a point of asking how I am, as well as my husband. She goes out of her way to assist. Thanks Jothie for you excellent customer service!

The only reason why I'm giving this store 1 star is because I can't rate it any lower, this store is pathetic. They had a sign up stating that they are off due to loadshedding and will open at 09:30 but were still refusing to open after that time. When we were finally able to ask someone what's happening, the employee shut the door on our faces and left. When they eventually did open the doors half an hour later, they then claimed that they could not assist customers as their tills were still not working. The staff has no people skills and are extremely rude.

This Clicks has endless queues. And pharmacists are impatient and tellers are unfriendly and rude. When we asked a teller for a plastic bag, she said it is too late; we already paid. We reminded her she should have asked and she replied “I guess I did,” but 3 of us witnessed that she didn’t ask. Be prepared to spend 1.5 hours of your day here in queues.

SHOCKING SERVICE at the face cream counter this morning. Assistant lady was no where to be found. Her assistance and knowledge and advice re the brand was non existent. What is Clicks thinking by employing staff with NO INTEREST, NO KNOWLEDGE AND NO TRAINING.
