Unlike other lounge places, Platinum Lounge offers a variety of settings: kids area during the day up until 4PM with a swimming pool, two big bar areas with TVs, outdoor sitting with benches and a lounge.It definitely is a place with lots of potential. I think a bit more could be done in the lounge area to ensure that the palet sofas remain clean and that the floor is cleaned as the customers leave, especially during the day when it's less busy.

This is the place to be! It's spacious, secluded and beautiful. You can have a swim at the pool while listening to good music or you can be indoors at the bar area listening to music with friends and enjoying great food from their varied menu choices. Birthday parties, work functions or stovels you'll enjoy this place, indoors or outdoors...

Awesome atmosphere.. Loved the opened space and the pool area. The place is spacious. Next to the Cosmo City Mall. It has enough parking capacity and a great place to chill relax and unwind with friends, family and colleagues. Great place to host events. Enjoyed the Metro Fm Heat weave even though it was a bit disorganized.

Most terrible service ever. We waited over 4 hours to be served this after making a booking for our team year end function. They were so disorganized and didn't even have seating for us. Told has that we must just wait and be accommodating as there are other companies there as well that have greater numbers than they thought would attend. Clearly the 5 P's not applied. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

9 out of 10 for cleanliness, music, great setting and layout plus there's a pool. At least bring one lady friend when you come and enjoy yourself. However the service from the staff can be improved. We had to ask a waitress to come clean up our tables after she kept ignoring it multiple times
