Does not answer calls or emails and it is like pushing a camel to get your guarantee honoured or anything done. Put in a pool motor that was too small for the job and charged through the roof. Nearly double what a big motor would have been. Sure enough it packed up. A month later still no joy with him so rang someone else and who pointed out the small motor. Says he prefers whats app but reads them and ignores. Zero customer service. Last time I put reviews about his terrible workmanship he demanded I take them off. This time they are staying as people should know who to avoid.

After some initial bad service they have now said they will sort out my problems so I am happy now
