I have used this company a few times. I recently asked them to fit all the carpets in my new house. When fitting them they nailed through all the water pipes in one of the bedrooms. This caused huge damage. They did not apologise or make any attempt to put this right. I asked them to pay for the cost of fixing the pipes - R1,600 - they refused. The carpets cost R50,000. The action of their fitters delayed my build by several days and I had to repaint the ceilings down stairs where the water leaked. So they have lost a loyal customer of years and I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before using this company who only care about squeezing every penny out of their customers and nothing for customer care.

13 May 2018. So today was the beautiful slave route challenge! So I parked infront of the building with the sign KBAC flooring in Cape Town. 2 seconds later a mad lady ran up to me and screamed at me I cannot park there the business is opeing soon. Okay so it is 6am Sunday morning and it is a public road with normal parking. And she has the audacity to tell me I cant park there. Her reg number is Drakie 7 WP. She went on for 20 minutes, so I drove off just to stop the scene she made hopping up and down screaming! She placed this company in bad light and I will most certainly not do business with there if that is how their employees treat people and think they are above society. Keep living up to your registration number!

I have been using KBAC's services for many years now, and find that their pricing is very competitive and their service is both friendly and most of all reliable. I can always be assured a good job will be done by both their sales and installation teams.

Amazing effecienct and friendly team and great overall service

Only open on Saturdays on 1st Sat of the month or else by appointment. We had a wasted trip this morning. I tried to edit the opening hours but there's no way to indicate this, and I hadn't seen any mention in the reviews or on their website. Be warned.

We are project managers for hotels, factories and offices.We have used many different carpet companies in the past, but, since we started working with Adrian from KBAC, we now use them almost exclusively.Their prices are very competitive, their installation is really good, and their after sales response time is among the best of all the various contractors we use.I highly recommend them.
