I went to game city for sim only,I must says,Good services I received from the staff,keep up the good work,I was the last costumer yesterday,They serve me with smile on their faces

Thank you for replying to the review.Today I went to collect my SIM card after applying for a SIM swap and having received a message to collect. I got the most shocking service ever in my experience since switching over to the service provider.I stood in front of the counter for a good two minutes with the consultant not even acknowledging my presence. I explained what I came for and produced identification.She looked through files in the drawer, found something funny, had time to go show her colleagues for a good laugh. Came back and carried on doing whatever she was doing and maintained conversation with colleagues. After a very long wait and her going away and back without informing me what was going on, I had to ask if there was a problem, only for her to tell me she couldn't find my SIM card. I asked what was the way forward and she told me she would have to register a new one and that process set me back a further 20+ minutes.When the manager/supervisor came out and greeted me I responded saying I was not ok. I'm not sure if he heard me, but he didn't ask why.I took time to bring this to your attention so that you can avoid other customers receiving this kind of unacceptable service.If you can contact me privately I'll provide you the name of the consultant.

Worst customer service ever!

Hi this store has the most unfriendly staff they dont smile or greet.Express means quick fast turnaround time but here you must be prepared to wait up to an hour to get started.

Extremely helpful staff. The consultant I dealt with was willing to go the extra mile. Staff were overall polite and welcoming . My queries were speedily dealt with and T's& C's was explained in depth . Exceptional service

The way I see it the store is very small to handly the number of clients they have in the area. The customer service is not as great is it should be, everytime I go there I have to wait 20 mins to 45 mins to get help.

Worst service ever. Had to wait more then 2 hours to get a cell phone contract. The staff that was assisted was rude and ready to fight. Never again will I ever go there.

I want to throw up in my mouth when I hear about this store, they are incompetent, unreliable and offer no customer service. I am still waiting for a call from the manager for the past 2 months, who is on continuous training for God knows what considering the way the store is run.My imei number was mixed up and I was deprived of ADH claims which was due to me. Please customers save yourselves the misery I had to endure and just go to another branch ...

The lady i first dealt with was not willing to assist due to personal things she had to attend, just for unsuspending my card and doing simswap. I had to call the callcentre by myself inorder to be help.
