Very upset with this branch. My phone was stolen out my bag while shopping there and when I asked if there were cameras or if they can help, they limply responded with no and then proceeded to stand and casually watch as I searched for my phone mouths open and not a single helping hand. even other customers were trying to help! Makes the whole company name look bad, customer service and care completely sucks.

All was ok for the ladies today...but not on the men's side. Men from the age 45+ have little to choose from...as we are not getting younger but older. Mr Prices range seems to stop after the 40/45 age group. Mr Price must cater for the older as well. Not sure why they have stopped.The skinny jeans etc...really? For a 45/50+ old. Where are the straight cuts and bootlegs???Or does Mr Price only cater for under 40 years of age now???

There is no way in our living years that this store will pick up the phone when you call!! I have been phoning since early morning and just no answer - 6 hours and still. This is ridiculous!!!

The most unwelcoming and unfriendly environment to be in. Cashier didnt bother to greet or even make eye contact. Floor assistant made us feel like a burden. Lady packing the bedding did everything to avoid us. Not the 1st VERY POOR experience in this store

Nicely laid out store. Mr Price offers reasonably priced merchandise and there is also a nice variety. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Mr Price Blue Route is one of the untidyest stores I have ever had the displeasure in shopping at. There is always stock laying about and you have to mountaineer over boxes to get to items. This has been on going for the past 8 months. When taking my dissatisfaction up with a cashier today....she tells me they have improved the store but they only have 4 staff and are not coping.The store displays are really bad and untidy .Sorry Mr Price Blue Route you have lost a client. Please remember I have a choice as to where I spend my money and it wont be at your store.

Not sure why it's so difficult to get a Mr Price Home account/card. I've been to 2 different stores, thrice (Canal Walk & Blue Route) and still don't have my card. I've filled out the form (ultimately unnecessary), completed on the tablet, then still requested for additional documentation that was scanned on said tablet. You'd think the business model would encourage spending/credit.

I'm here every month. Great store and the quality of the clothes has improved so much that they're a major competitor now. Service is not that bad either, just long queues which is to be expected.

Great home and lifestyle store. Needs a bit more staff in order to assist. Great colour grouping in departments and easy to find products due to their clever way of lifestyle building in certain departments.
