Lambert's Bay Caravan Park
This is great value and I wish most caravans sites would keep things simple and affordable like this one. It is not excessively maintained to make it look clinical like most caravan sites these days which in turn drives up overhead costs that are being carried over to the camper of course. Most caravan parks these days are completely missing the point with their extravagance, trying to compete for 5-star ratings which in turn makes it ridiculously expensive, hence why most overlanders / world travelers opt for wild-camping or rather stay in B&B's

Comfortable camp site close to the beach. Has good, clean ablutions with hot water. Most sites have a tap and there is electricity at most as well.

Good and big camp site next to the beach with big pitches. Toilet blocks were clean but are a bit run down

My family loved this place.thank u for the friendly staff and security.U guys made our stay memorable and pleasant.Not much grass though but nothing a good grounsheet cannot fix.The play park needs a bit of attention so do the putt putt course.The thorns is a problem and can be addressed with pesticide but all in all a nice place.

We had a pleasant stay. The staff at reception and security are such friendly people. With some TLC this place can be a jewel!! Private amblutions are small, but a bonus.

Some ablusions out of order and the stands are not neat - long grass, etc. 2 Caravans arrived just after us and turned around to find a better place. What a pity that they don't make beter use of the flower season.
