More interested in producing an invoice then actually serving the needs of a customer. You're beholden to the customer not the other way round drop your bureaucratic nonsense or lose more customers..don't waste your time here buy online instead, you'll get what you expect.

Visited the Ardross centre today to get a new mask, and was greatly assisted by Amy who set up my new mask, explained all I wanted to know, and it was a pleasure to know that good customer service is alive and well. I only wish I had bought my Cpap machine from this place rather than the Hospital.

Great professional service. Gess went above and beyond to make sure my mask problems were sorted out. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I cannot recommend Perth CPAP highly enough.I have been a customer since 2018.

Best prices and great service. I've been in a few times and Christian at Yokine has been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble, he's very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help. Extremely professional and such a nice guy. Will definitely be back.

Christen was the staff member we saw and he was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable about the product we wanted to purchase, friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Showed us how to use the equipment as well. A great guy. We would have no hesitation in recommending him. As we live in Albany he also set up the machine so he could check it remotely if required. Absolute rip-off merchants. Quoted me $50 to do an adjustment to the humidity setting on my Philips Dream Station machine (got the details from You Tube) for free. Then today wanted a replacement strap for my mask and they wanted $68 (got it for $24 off eBay).Corporate cowboys - stay clear of them!!

I purchased a s9 dc/dc converter for $119 I explained my xmas plans fell through to a passing of my grandmother and it wasn't used.. the receptionist was great but her 'MANAGER' WAS gutless.. refused to tell me directly NO..policy is 14 days yes I got that but even when I said if I spend 1450 on a new machine as mines 10yo they lost a sale because I tried to compromise even a 50% refund on it...Very bad business practice to loose a big sale for a cpl weeks over ur 14 days..Pls spend ur money elsewhere....

Spoken to a number of other consultants at different companies, Christian is by far the best experience. He actually listened to what I needed rather than just giving me the spiel for every item which is I had encountered previously. Definitely recommend going to see Christian at Yokine, made life so much easier and simpler!

Fantastic customer service and competitive prices. Jasmine was amazing with helpfulness and took care of all our questions. Amy the consultant was very patient and through in her explanation . Well done guys. Ended up getting a resmed machine and mask from them.
