Matthew and his team were absolutely phenomenal- I purchased a camera that was working fine and then glitched I tried to troubleshoot and didn’t come right. I WhatsAppd Matthew during the festive period and even though he was on holiday he responded and went one step further and couriered me a new camera - a more expensive one that I had initially purchased. He didn’t question me, didn’t ask for the old one he was extremely professional throughout the entire interaction. I sincerely appreciated his kindness and prompt assistance. I have an autistic son and we purchased the camera to be able to log in while at work to check in. I never told Matthew this and I can’t express how grateful we are for his generosity I will definitely be supporting NewTech Innovations in the future and I highly recommend their products and services.

Good day, it is with pleasure that I punt NewTech here. I contacted Matthew and requested support in the purchase and couriering of the product by this coming Friday (now Tuesday) to Bela-Bela. The response was wonderful with the product packed and ready for courier collection and overnight delivery to the address provided. I have two NewTech Trail Cams and I have no trouble recommending them. Great resolution, whether Photo or Video (or both!), simple to use and well-constructed. Order yours today!

What an awesome drone!! As a first time drone user, the setup and detailed instructions are easy to understand and made learning how to use the drone a simple process. The drone comes in a molded hard-case which makes storage safe and secure and it presents really well.Matthew from NewTech Innovations SA has been fantastic. His customer service and his attention to detail is something that most companies should be trying to emulate.His after sales service and assistance has also been phenomenal. He really knows his product well and he was able to guide me over the phone when i was having an issue as well as provide me with spare parts after i had a minor collision with a tree while learning to fly the drone.As a helpful hint to first time drone users, don’t learn to fly where there is a lot of tree’s like i did, however, if you do, Matthew will get you sorted.I highly recommend both the NewTech Bugs MJX B16 Pro Drone and NewTech Innovations SA!!
