Was my first visit but definitely not the last. Super friendly staff and Amanda is amazing. My hair looks fabulous!!! Plus the added joy of sitting in a massage chair while having my hair washed, was absolute joy.

What a wonderful treat! My husband and I had an amazing experience here, I booked massages while we were in Gansbaai for our anniversary weekend. The therapist was so friendly and welcoming and extremely professional and skilled. The facilities were top notch, it was great to spend some time in the sauna before the massage. There was so much attention to detail which adds to the experience and really helps to make you feel relaxed from the scented oil burner, the heated massage table to the calming soundtrack, not to mention being offered a delicious cappachino while we waited for the massage. I would highly recommend this spa and will definetly be coming back next time I am in town!

I am a regular client of your business, however it usually for my hair as Amanda is a great stylist.I had a standing appointment with Amanda on Thursday however it was only at 1pm.Because I had the day off I decided to phone the day before and asked if there were any available appointments for a pedicure, and your therapist said no.I decided to come for my hair appointment a bit earlier in the 30-11-2017 and at that time one therapist was busy with a client whilst the other sat on her phone.Amanda was running a bit late as she was still busy with another client which I didn’t mind but when I asked your beauty therapist if they could maybe squeeze me in for a pedicure she said no as she was busy.I sat for almost more that an hour whilst Amanda finished off her client which I didn’t mind however what upset me was that your beauty therapist hadabsolutely no clients during such time and still refused to do my feet for me.I am disgusted by that type of service instead the two beauty therapist sat in their phones, ordered food and chatted away all the time, whilst I sat there waiting for my hair.You salon time state that your opening time is till 6pm however at 5pm all your beauty therapist had left whilst Amanda, was still busy with my hair. The telephone had rang about 6 times between 5-6 and because Amanda was busy with my hair she was unable to answer however isn’t that why you have more than one person working there? I commend her (Amanda) on having the patience with me as I had a very specific colour in mind and she stayed till after 7 trying to get me hair the way I wanted. That is the type of person you want working for you as she puts your clients first.As happy as I am with Amanda and I will be very sad to lose her as a client I will certainly not be returning back to your establishment. I have a number of friends and family that regularly has things done with you’ll, however I have asked them not to.For a new business to have a staff with that attitude is appalling. It’s meant to be a wellness spa, I’m not interested in listening to loud pop music and chatty therapist. I want to come to an establishment where I am in a calm and relaxing space, it’s wellness after all.I very sad to be losing my best hair stylist but because of all the issues mentioned above I will not be returning again.

I had my nails done , full manicure with gelish overlays. it was suppose to last two weeks. it only lasted 3 days. The gelish nail polish is chipping off. very very disappointed. The lady who did my nails was very unproffesional and the nailpolish wasn't put on neat. it had nailpolish on the sides of my fingers.

Bought a hyperli voucher for a female family member that couldn't make it and ended up using it myself. Not a problem, until the 'massage' started.It started with cold to luke warm oil. And rubbing. Followed by more cool oil and more rubbing. Basically this was a rub cool oil into my back session. When I asked when will the massage begin I was informed I was being massaged. I have been to many massage parlours and this was the most uncomfortable and non relaxing massage I have ever had. No pressure and not a single time did it even come close to feeling like she had found a spot of tension or was even trying to. To make it worse, at one point the therapist had one hand on my neck and clearly her phone in the other hand as after five minutes I felt the strong vibration followed by the very well known low battery tone right next to my ear. At this point I was starting to get uncomfortable and my will to give her the benefit of the doubt was waning. I feel as though the owner, who by the way had left, just took a staff member with no training or qualification and said here you see to this guy he probably won't know the difference. I've been to plenty of unknown and well known establishments by now. Never have I felt annoyed after leaving one.I asked the lady if she was a trained masseuse and she said yes. When I said I don't think so and I don't think she knows what she's doing she looked at me nervously like someone who just got caught out. I'm sure a trained and qualified masseuse would've challenged me and presented their certification. I remained polite and even assured her that I wasn't angry just disappointed that I was treated this way and would talk to the owner about it.Hyperli voucher or not. All clients should be treated the same. Very disappointing indeed. I just want a refund.

What an amazing treat!! The facilities are top class. Every detail has been thought of, from the soundtrack in the sauna to the amazing sensation shower. My spa day was absolute bliss. I can highly recommend the spa for all their services, massages, facials, hair, you name it. The therapists are highly professional and skilled and you are pampered from the get go. I loved the heaters on the sauna...those and the soundtrack made me feel like I was in a tropical paradise. The massage chair while my hair was being washed was an added bonus and the facial and massage I had were utterly relaxing. I can't rate this venue highly enough
