Arrogant cashierI asked if I should join the queue to purchase a cellular accessory and was told it's fine by sales consultant. But the arrogant cashier told the sales consultant I should join the queue. Train your arrogant staff, I was polite.

Shelves are always untidy. Things are never in their place. Packaging are always mixed up. They don't stock plus sizes in their store. Absolutely bad service

Doesn't stock plus size range like other outlets, when I asked why, I was informed Chatsworth apparently doesn't have plus size citizens. Either their Management needs education about sizes, or an eye test. Was glad that I could find size 9 ladies shoes, their client service at the tills are fast and friendly.

Staff was friendly except for one cashier with the braided hair with beads who was very rude and arrogant.

The shelves of racks are quite untidy . To be honest though. The customers at the store have no respect for the other shoppers. They just drop the stuff into the floors . Put things anywhere and leave the shoes they try on anywhere. Further some of the items that Mr price sells are quite silly or even ugly looking at times.

Very untidy store clothes are always mixed up in different sections extremely long queue with unfriendly unenthusiastic staff.
