I needed a new car urgently and had the pleasure of being assisted by Duncan. He is friendly, down to earth, and made me feel very comfortable in a place I usually feel intimidated by as a lady.Also a big thank you to Hester Steenkamp in Finance and Insurance who was so efficient, friendly and patient with me. Very happy with my new car and looking forward to future dealings with the Rola group! :)

From start to finish, most likely the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a dealership.The dealership is now requesting me to send through my details and concerns and they will get back to me, yet they failed to adequately communicate with my while my car was in for repairs. The kind of treatment I received was as if they were doing it for free or doing a favour for me. They have my contact details, they can contact me themselves.

Purchased a use vehicle from them October last year. On delivery it did have a couple of problems but they were sorted out to my satisfaction. Everything they said they would do they did.. Great people to deal with.

Very disappointed in Rola Mercedes-Benz, Somerset West , my daughter has been waiting for 3 months for her faulty airbag replacement, she had 3 different appointment dates, even received SMSs to confirming appointments to come install the bag. Every time it is not there, then incorrect part was ordered.

We were technically off road" while on a road trip with broken hand brake handle. (Couldn't operate h/brake. Extremely efficient

I had my car serviced with 82900 km and when my Board Computer showed at 102000km that the car is needed for service I was informed that it cost between R7000 and R 11000. My service plan is still valid but as it is over the 100000 km it will not been covered anymore. I did not had the possibility to bring the car for a service before the board computer shows that the car is due for a service. I was informed that this is standard practice by Mercedes. Luckily I can decide which Brand I will buy next and based on this experience it will not be a Mercedes.BMW seems to be a better option.
