Its a neat gated community with friendly tenants

The complex itself is quite safe, it is gated and has 24 security. However, the area in which it is situated, being Eersterivier is not very safe. The complex accommodates a lot of students, as such depending on the unit you get, it might get a little noisy. The apartments have zero ventilation so if you don't open windows on daily basis, the walls accumulate steam and become mouldy. This gets very bad in winter and if not controlled can become a health hazard. You also need to be very careful with opening windows in summer because creatures in through the windows. The other day, we found a snail in our bedroom. We relocated to Cape Town and due to time constraints, we were unable to view the place prior to moving in. We believed the place was in Stellenbosch or part of Aan de Wijnlanden but believe me it is not. The agent also did not bother to disclose these details to us before we moved in.

A bit more crowded than I was expecting. Don't be fooled by ads claiming it to be part of De Wijnlanden Estate or Stellenbosch - those ads are very misleading. However, the central location and attractive pricing would nonetheless please first time home owners.

All the existing comments are probably from owners. This was the worse place ive ever lived in. The so called maintenence guy who lives on property G...... Is a drunk, liar and thief.One of the board members who thinks shes the president is a ill mannered childish board woman who has to be in everyone's business to have purpose. She is so disgusting that she takes the information of tenant discussed in board meetings and gossips about it to new tenants.The property had electricity problems before load shedding. If theres no power then theres no water. But always something.The security is ridiculous. Lunch or a R20 can have them Allow anyone on the property.G the drunk.... Said he lost my spare keys because he was too drunk to bring them leaving me my 10month baby outside while it was raining.Surita a board member and lonely trash of a woman discusses the coloureds as if they dirty human beings yet she sits and seeks company by these pple.I refused to pay and then left and it was the best decision.. The wknd i left 5 other couples left afterwards.Dont be fooled by the pics. This place is a dump!!!!!!!

The parking situation does not make sense in this complex - not as a visitor or a tenant. Otherwise, this is a very nice and quiet complex. However, I'm still not sure as to whether this place falls under Eersteriver or Stellenbosch so I suggest you drive to the complex and decide for yourself.

That place is amazing from the outside to the inside, I love it, has a quiet neighbourhood

Private, Safe Security gates and nice for Singles and family starters. Situated in a quite upper-class Area

The experience is good when you are a working student or adult. There's a swimming pool and it is a safe complex. There are security guards and you need to register your fingerprint in order to access the complex

Have been here twice, must say this is really a nice place.Area is clean and quiet, there is security and it's well protected.

Quarry is right next door so air quality is horrible, dust everywhere and on everything so you have to keep cleaning, machinery operating all throughout the night, regular explosions and sirens. The area is dangerous and very dirty. The people in the complex are very roudy and you can constantly hear domestic squabbles, partying, shouting and yelling. Electricity constantly goes off outside of loadshedding hours due to cable theft. Water quality egts bad some days and water pressure drops randomly.
