It's a nice place

Beautiful flats for students, bachelors or simply people with small families. A spacious two bedroom flat with kitchen cupboards already installed. Very nice colouring inside and outside the rooms. It's located in a very peaceful area and very close to Erica Square. Oh, and a very safe and nice parking lot.

A friend lives here, and I must say-the strictly controlled access process annoys me every time I visit! Like can't they have facial recognition software and cams so as to spare non-1st time visitors the shlep?! Eg-I have my ID foc but my bf doesn't, which means we turn around and drive back the 30kms. Just like that. There's no alternative or way of allowing someone to vouch for him, they don't save details 2 make entry smoother next time either. IThe complex is always buzzing with people, incl playing children, and this I love! They could take a moment to fix the play equipment in the park, or it becomes a lawsuit waiting to happen.Also, they regulate what time your visitors need to leave by, and u need to get permission if you want someone to stay over. Excuse me what??? And the max number of days a guest can stay is 10. Really??? I guess they have their reasons, just makes me feel a bit underage again.Decently priced as well as a safe environment for a small family or young professionals, I don't think the seniors would appreciate the constant music and pedestrian traffic. In my opinion.

Nice place but no rules

The place is well secured but I just hate the fact that a visitor must take a picture every time they come , weather its raining or not , you need to get out and take a pic even uf you did it the day before, its like the residents are in prison as well

Affordable rentals. Safe, secure complex. Security is tight but then again I prefer it that way, for the sake of our children...Very quiet nd tranquil...The staff and employees at complex are very friendly and helpful...It's pure bliss staying here...
