Excellent rooms with the most stunning view. The owners are a lovely German couple and make an awesome breakfast. I can really recommend this lodge for a relaxing stay.

My wife and I were in SA in January and had the pleasure of staying at the Crayfish Lodge. Standing at almost the edge of the Ocean (any closer and you'd get your feet wet) it has some spectacular views from the rooms (we were on the top floor). Wrong time of the year for whale watching but did catch a glimpse of a Bryde's whale which are indigenous.Wonderful views from the Panorama Suite so much that in the 3 nights we were there it became obligatory to sit watching the Ocean for 15 minutes before heading down stairs for a great breakfast and an update on what would be good for the days activities.Great Stay / Great Location / Great Owners

Perfection in every smallest detail is what you get at Crayfish Lodge. The breakfasts are lovingly prepared by Sandra and each day she provides fresh inspiration. The rooms are magnificent- would definitely book the panorama room next time we visit. With easy access to the beach, a wonderful pool and spectacular views, this is a dream lodge! We loved our stay there.

Staying at Crayfish Lodge was an all around excellent experience! Stunning location, spectacular views, beautifull modern designed rooms. Sandra is a hospitable host taking time to tell her guests about the area and things to do. The breakfasts are delicious.

Place got a awesome view, sit and watching the waves roll in. Very steep downhiĺl towards the little beach if you would like to walk down to the coast and hiking trail.

Absolutely spectacular experience! Located in a quiet residential area, this small boutique guest house has the most remarkable location perched just above the rocky coastline of southern Africa with its own little sandy beach. Lovely walking paths along the water. The room is complete luxury with our private balcony overlooking the water. The owners are gracious and welcoming. Wish we were staying longer!

Excellent guesthouse with extremely friendly hosts. The breakfast is awesome - really good food and you have the chance of seeing whales jumping out of the ocean while sitting there - great.
