Wouldn't recommend, at all! I think most of the ratings say the same thing: they have no regard for the customer's time. Have no respect for the customer. Period.They could be the best in Joburg but their customer service is holding them back.

THIS PLACE HAS THEEEE WORST SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! They take their time on your orders they never pick up phone calls and they have ZERO sense of emergency. I would suggest you go to your nearest Jetline Infact I will provide you with alternative options to help you that’s how dissatisfied with their service I am.

I am sure 5 stars were issued by the employees, all the times i tried to deal with these guys i got my worst ever service, they don't even record orders received esp the embroidery side. The third experience had to recover my stock and took them to some other service providers after 1 week of time wasted.Untrained staff, looks like family business!!!!

If disappointment was a store, this would be it. I understand delayed services, but wow, they outdid themselves. I paid my deposit as requested on Tuesday, gave them detailed description of what I wanted, and got promised that my stuff will be ready on on Thursday. Oh boy was I lied to, Thursday I go to pick up my stuff only to find out the designer hadn’t even started designing what I ordered. Sat down with him, went through what I expected, and was promised my stuff would be ready by 16:00-17:00. Again, I was let down. The designer was still running through designs with me at 16:00 and asked if he can get the stuff done for me on Friday morning. I agreed, but again, they didn’t deliver on their promise. Had to ask someone to fetch the stuff for me. They sat through the night STILL designing stuff and only left the place after 20:00 Friday evening. As if that wasn’t enough, they even misinformed my friend that the money she paid for the board stand will be refunded when we drop it off only to be told that that’s not the case. I’ll definitely won’t be going back again after such horrible service.

Terrible service:17th December 2019 - I was to attend a business network event on that week's Saturday therefore i needed urgent business cards. So i ordered their URGENT BUSINESS CARDS" package and paid my invoice in full.13th January 2020 - Such much for urgency! Guess what

Excellent service always, their print quality is on another level with friendly staff.

I've seen them grow over the past few years, from being a young dynamic outfit to growing their portfolio and service offering. They will get better...

Very disappointed. There’s a guy called Richie, a big fraud. He is incompetent and a big lie. Paid for my order on Weds and upon pick up on Friday they had not even started working on my canvas. He promised to start on it and would be done in 3 hours from 11am, it is now 5:30 and he has not delivered YET AGAIN! Do not use these guys.. WORST SERVICE EVER

This place is interestingThey produce good stuff but they just really lack management, there is no follow through on most things I have used them time and time again and still use them because I'm supporting our African family,Just make sure you do things a bit in advance to allow that turnaround time because it can be slow or fast.The quality of things they make is awesome though.If you look past the chaos there is order.
