For the more esteemed Smith. Going to buco means you know what you want and probably couldn't get it anywhere else - and the people at buco know it.The entire atmosphere of the store is we know" and "it's clearly right there in aisle 3" and "you should've come here first

Probably the most useless place in existance. They obviously know that they sit with the monopoly as nobody else has stock. They deserve to be out of business. They don't deserve to be around

I don't even know where to begin. The place feels so empty with no employee on the floor to help you find something.There is one employee that greets you and ask if you need help.Today he was not there and the person at the trade counter was busy chatting up a storm with two other customers. The people at the check-out look so uninterested in helping a person that walked into the shop, they might as well not be there.I dread going there because most of the time I can't find the thing I am looking for or there is nobody to ask for help with an item and have to go to another hardware shop to find what I am looking for.
