We're upgrading from CapsuleCRM to Zoho - quite a jump. Zoho is VERY intimidating, and while it is temping to outsourse it's development, as a business owner you need to know how it works 1st hand. I found Infolytics from a Google search and was skeptical at first, but I got over that quickly: The guys I met (Leo and TK) are quite good. They met with me on a regular basis, and were willing to change the way they work around my requirements.

Infolytics is the only Zoho Partner we trust with our Zoho implementations and support. We started with Zoho People are now in the early stages of migrating our entire business to Zoho One. We needed a strong partner with a high level expertise to help us adopt best practices and understand the different Zoho licensing editions. I was blown away by their ability to understand our unique business requirements for our regional teams in Zambia and Zimbabwe. The team has been patient with us as we document our business processes and plan for expansion into other regions. This is one of the best partnerships we've ever had the pleasure of working with.
