Elarduspark Pet Shop And Dog Parlor

I have tried other parlours in the area, but Elarduspark pet parlour is the best. All 4 of my dogs get groomed at the parlour and my past dogs were also groomed here. They always trim the dogs exactly as i ask and i have never had any issues with skin problems or fleas. My dogs look foward to their monthly groom. The owner and staff are always very helpful and go out of their way to help.

Worst experience ever!!! Don't take your doggie for a trim you will send in a yorkie and come back with a chinchilla! Swak!!!

I can agree with the review where the schnauzie is concerned. I was shocked to see how he looked, he never was cut like this before, please stay away.

I have been bring my dogs here for years the service is very good and the groomers handle the dogs with care. When I ask for a certain type of cut I get that cut. If I add in a bit of detail for how I want my dog to look they follow the instructions and give me what I want done to my dogs. My dogs always come out looking lovely. They are very friendly and caring towards the animals.

Exciting petshop in Elarduspark, very friendly staff with a variety a pet goodies and foods, cats, dogs, fish and birds. They have a small semi open cage for birds to roam around a bit.Little bit more expensive than the average petshop. You get great service and a variety of products in one store. Grooming is also available here

PLEASE READ ANYONE THINKING ON BRING THEIR PET HERE !!!!Never have I been so disappointed and disrespected .I had to take my dog to the vet because of ingrown hairs forming from being cut way to short and infection started from their tools not being clean I was told then that I'm wrong and my vet is wrong that it only happens long term .They didn't cut my dog the the style I asked for either ,they instead just shaved off all his hair and very patchy . I was told by the so called owner upon asking for a refund so I can pay the vet bill ,of the parlour that my claim is false and then had fingers thrown in my face and was very aggressive .DO NOT BRING ANY ANAMIL HERE, you will regret it and they will do nothing for you as a customer when they do done wrong .The dogs are put in very small cages where they cant even sit up straight ...When fetching my dog he was very unhappy and not himself.Please don't make the mistake I did by reading the few good reviews there is .

Changing price when you get there, despite the dog being the correct size as quoted on.Please take note at the response given below and not only on my comment!! - very hostile!! Not even got the correct information right

They were more expensive than the other 2 places we have used before, they did an extremely sloppy job with giving our 2 dogs a summer cut and wash. Not to mention that they took ages, which we were fine with as we were expecting a decent job for that time and money.
