They sell fresh vegetables, the staff is friendly and they work fast .

I’m addressing the lady on the very high heels who I assume is the owner;Due to many things not going according to plan I found myself ‘stranded’ in beautiful Camps Bay without a place to sit down to dial in for a very important meeting this morning. I saw the bistro style 4 chairs and table in your shop and asked a staff member if it would be OK if I sat there and did the call.The lady said it would be in order, I ordered a coffee and proceeded with the call – with a headset so as to not disturb anyone else.I must say it really upset me when you came over and asked me to leave. Maybe you would have treated me better if I was dressed in my usual business suit but that should not matter. You were rude to me. Camps Bay people are not like you – I refuse to believe it. If you ever come to Paarl, where we live, I’d like to show you hospitality and be of assistance should you need it. I do not wish for you to experience the treatment I received from you this morning.

Local convenient store with a good selection of local and foreign goods. Higher prices but its there when you need it. Pleasant staff.

The security of this store is not supported by the old gaurd who stands inside. There was an altercation at the entrance by a prominanant EFF Person that was shouting at your staff in front of other patrons, snd calling us white Supremists. Patrons do not feel safe.

The bakery is niceHowever prices in general are like 45% more than usual stores in down town (15 minutes drive away) which makes it way expensive to buy things from there. This really is unexplained and should be revised by the owners

I arrived to the shop, parked at the dedicated parking spot, and was asked to remove my vehicle without any explanation. A man from the shop just said we need this parking". Even though I pointed out that I came to visit the shop

Unortunately I have made the same experience like the gentleman who reviewed this shop a week ago. Very rude owner (a Swiss man) who did not want to communicate but being rude and aggressive. I am happy to pay 45% more to support a Delicatessen shop but then your customer service should be at least 200% to accomodate the prices. I have experienced much, much better customer servicee in any superette, where the prices are not even 25% as high ...I will not return. There are certainly much better places to shop in Camps Bay / Cape Town / and surroundings.

Not a great review unfortunately. Friendly staff, loved their fruity ice creams but the pastry was really not nice.Had a Chocolate Chip Pastry that had a funny flavor to it and was very sticky, and bought two apple strudel that was all very mushy and neither a great taste. Wonder if both pastries were friendly made. Def won’t go here again for my pastries

The product was marked down but when I looked at my slip at home as I bought a few items I realised I paid full price. It was almost tripple the marked down price. Trying to phone the shop does not help. The phone keeps on ringing. And you cannot conect via the internet.
