The room was not clean and didn't have enough space even when I called and reserved a room with a sleeper coach. The receptionist didn't even have the nerve to let me know that the room I requested has already been taken only to find that out after I had paid my accommodation fee. If I had enough time would have opted to find alternative accommodation. Worst place I have been in

The service was exceptional from booking,which was handled by Richard,then the booking was confirmed by Phumla.Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed buy sesi Bongekile, and she showed us our rooms(they are soo big,also accomodated the kids with a sleeper couch),the environment is so clean and beautiful.Everyone was so friendly, its a good place which has a homely feeling,especially for a family
