The nails are great. They are exactly what I asked for, perfect. One thing that bothers me is that, the place is always full. If you want to have a great set of nails, this is the best place to be. They are affordable and any design you want they can replicate. You can't go there if you are in a hurry. You have to be really early and be a patient person but overall it is a great place.

The worst experience ever! A friend referred me to the Musgrave one. Firstly, its dirty and the chairs are very uncomfortable to sit on people literally fight over one chair. Another thing is you’re moved from one person to another like a toy, i spent over 7 hours for a mani & pedi and the worst thing is i tried to leave and they insisted they wouldn’t take long, a complete waste of my time and money. To make matters worse they overcharged me thinking I don’t know their standard prices! This salon is the reason why people don’t support black businesses- you scam us and you don’t know a thing about professional services and train your staff properly for crying out loud.Respect a client’s time if you’re going to expect them to pay you let alone tip you. Do better and God might show yall some grace.

Terrible service and customer care. Damaged my scalp and left me with burns I had to find out myself how to fix. Did I already say there's no customer care? And the salon wasn't even full! I had a simple request and got something else entirely. I don't think the people are trained properly on how to treat hair. Don't recommend at all. And I did send a complaint to their contact number but got no response.

I had such a bad experience at this salon,my hair was badly done,the braids I did are so bad that I am currently undoing my hair because honestly I cannot go to work with then tomorrow morning.I regret ever making the decision of doing ma hair at this salon,I wasted a whole R550 on braids that are net even the same length,the Fibre they used is so bad,it tangles,the curls I asked for are a complete flop and worse of all I spent 7 hours at the salon only to get a bad hairstyle.Ive never been so angry in my life with a salon,I feel they robbed me off my R550 and now I have to go redo my hair in another salon and have to pay them to correct the mess done by By His Grace salon.On top of this the nails I did in the same day are now coming off,2 days after getting them done my big toe nail is peeling off and my thumb nail is already lifting off,I mean what bad service is this????In total I paid R800,for nails nd hair that I have to go and do again!This salon robbed me off my money!

Place is always full for doing your nails, they must consider doing appointments because you get there at 11 am and they say they are no longer taking clients for the day it's full. I had to turn back twice

OMG! I love this salon. I went there to do my nails and had the greatest experience. The nail tech was super friendly, I was suprised by his warmth. He literally handed me his phone to go live on his instagram page and promote his work(which by the way is phenomenal). The nails done there are 5star quality. The prices are also reasonable. I'd charge more if I was the nail tech lol. But on the real though, this place is has an incredible service delivery. I would advice people to be cautious when going to the location because there are so many wild and out of order people lurking outside that are ready to snatch your bag and weave if you are not cautious. Be sure to put all your valuables somewhere safe. Once you reach the salon, you'll instantly feel safe. Be sure to book/make an appointment if you are not fond of waiting a few hours to get your nails done and enjoy the experience, It's worthwhile.
