I recently spoke to a gentleman at this store named David. He made me feel so uncomfortable due to his condescending, judgmental tone and negative facial expressions. I ended up not buying what I initially came in for. I feel he needs some assistance in people skills and how to bring his concern across in a more positive and productive way. I wont go there when he is present.

Approximately a month or two ago I bought a huge bag of cat litter, +-40kg.Before I bought it, I ask the man on duty at Perky Pets: if I had to buy it, may I please get assistance with manoeuvering it through the car parking lot and into the car boot ? The man on duty says yes
