Just ok, but customer service needs to be improved.

I've been servicing my car here for the past few years, usually their service is fine, but recently it's dropped and the standard of communication is non existent. I had to constantly chase after Khanita, the service consultant, to get an update. I arrived at 6:30am, was second in the queue, yet my car wasn't even ready by 5pm. The kicker is that I had a standard oil change service, not a major service! I seriously doubt I'd go back after this experience.

Nice dealership, clean and neat. Nice staff and they offer a wide range of cars besides Toyota.

Terrible after sales service. Before I took my car in for a service, I requested a part be ordered ahead of time so that it could be fitted while it was in for service. I took it in once the arrival of the part was confirmed. Not only had the part not been ordered but they only realised at 5pm on the day of my service. Best part was, they closed my bonnet incorrectly after the service and i had to go back after collection to correct it. Then, the part was ordered and I took my car back 2 days later. The wrong part was ordered. I was told they would ensure the correct part was ordered and that they would be in contact. They never called me back. I will never go back.

SHOCKING! Tried making a first service appointment. Line was clear (I checked twice) but had to repeat all details to the person three times..................eventually hung up and booked at Hyde Park without a problem. If a person cannot document a name, cell phone number and vehicle registration number, competence in the workshop probably match (or worse) that of customer facing employees......

Don't believe anything they say, all storiesWe were looking for a 2nd hand Rav4 for my wife, the rep Francois was assisting us with one. I went through to test drive the Rav4 and was happy with it, Francois offered to take it the next day to my wife to check as he would also then look at a trade in on her old car. The next day Francois told my wife the clutch on the Rav was acting up and first needed to be replaced. The next day she phoned to check the status and Francois told her it is in the workshop but the parts will only arrive after Easter weekend. She told him we would like to pay the holding deposit, to which he said don't worry, we are closed so the car is not going anywhere, it is yours. The next week Tuesday no word from Francois, my wife calls him to which he tells her sorry it was sold, somebody walked in and bought it of the lifts even before the repairs were done.So don't trust anything these people tell you, they don't care about you, just want to make a sale and don't care about what they say to you, they won't ever see us again.

Professional service and serviced my car quick and on time I will definitely be returning.
