Great showroom and service but the collection points kills the whole experience unfortunately

I was most impressed with the service rendered by both Imraan and Sven. Although I was unfortunate not to meet with Sven, he authorized a substantial discount on a quantity of ceramic tiles about to be ordered for Scouts SA on a current project at Hawequas adventure farm in Wellington. Scouts SA is a volunteer youth organization, and we mostly serve disadvantaged children who lack basic funds. Our aim is to grow and develop young people who will hopefully be our future leaders. I highly recommend Tiletoria to everyone.

There was a yard sale. It was totally chaotic. The music was far too loud. The chap did turn down the volume on my request. Well done. The queue was ridiculously long. How come the management did not have extra cashiers available? Some customers had been waiting almost 2 hours for service. Luckily I only spent 90 minutes. I will rethink if it is worth my while attending any future yard sales.

Good displays, clean showroom. Nice cafe. Service is terrible- no help offered after walking around through the entire space. Wont be back.

There is a shortage of tiles in SA especially the internationally produced, rectified tile. With that said the service is mediocre at best, I had a sales assistant who couldn't provide alternatives and even when I phoned and specified the tile, range and size I was looking for there was no initiative. What's on the website is not what is in store and many if not all the tiles on display are actually out of stock no one said ok let me mail you what we have in stock so I drove from the far South for nothing. Comparing their service to the likes of Tile House and Union Tiles down the way who mailed and even whatsapp'd me the tiles they have, Tiletoria is lacking in the customer service space. My sales assistant at one point also walked away, had his lunch at his desk then proceeded to help another customer while I waited. Tile House, Union Tiles even Stiles or Kale Tiles are better options. Tile House being my top choice.

We recently had a house renovated and bought almost all our tiles from here. They have a great team and go that extra mile. Won't go anywhere else from now on.
