Actually deserve 0, no one to help with the welcoming of customers or guide you where to go, only two people working. Where are the rest of the agents? Waited a whole hour to be served. Useless and they were two clients before me.

The branch needs to please fix their phones. It is frustrating when you phone them and get no where. They also need to please have more people on the floor to assist. Service is ok. They not the best.

I am trying to do a port from Vodacom to MTN for 3 months now. The service in this branch in to say the least pathetic, especially the Manager who do not phone back, step out of the shop and put the phone down in my ear while I am still speaking and explain what is going on. Is there someone to speak to who is a Regional Manager perhaps to report this or get better service from
