Have not used them this year as yet. Although requested each time to cut the dogs nails, they fail to remember to carry this out. Have no proof as to whether or not the anal gland is being delt with so can't comment on this. The washing and grooming is very satisfactory.

Our beloved, non-aggressive, Goldie came back with hemorrhages in her eyes. The veterinary suggested that this was likely caused by trauma. The SPCA confirmed that there are numerous reports like these about this doggie parlour. When the store owner was kindly asked to show the CCTV footage, which may indicate any signs of trauma, she simply refused. See photos attached.

Good Value for money. I'm not impressed that the owner wanted to put my dogs in the smallest cage while the shop was empty. PS. I have a big German Sheppard and a Labrador.

Fair prices. Quick service. My dogs seem happy when they come back. Parking is not always available as the strip mall doesn't have much space. I don't go any other place for my dogs grooming services.

Very friendly lady working here. They look after your animal kids as if they are theirs. Prices is very competitive. Very clean and tidy place. I will visit them again. Would also recommend them to anyone. Always available to help. Give them a try.

Worst service I've experienced at a dog parlour my dog has been there for more then 10hours straight I took her at 8am this morning and she was ready at 6pm Terrible terrible services
