SUPER! I organised my mom's 60th and decided to hire a backdrop literally the day before. They had to custom spray the colour and due to load-shedding were unable to finish the job. They communicated every step of the way, subduing my panic response. I originally arranged for self collection and drop off (to save cost) but because the paint would not be dry by that time, they arranged to deliver the backdrop as early as possible for the event that same morning. With some patience and understanding everything worked out great! Thank you to all involved; Natasha, Hannah, Rudy and delivery guys!

I DON'T recommend them if you're.planning a wedding. High minimum fee, and minimal client service, no value-add at all. Constant follow ups, no proactive effort or care. Even if you know what you want (they used my own reference images to present a mood-board to me), you expect them to still give you some styling input. Got nothing - super lazy. I was so disappointed. The ceremony flowers were so far from the brief - devastating. They brought a couch with a burn mark on it. Overall, AVOID them. Rather use a small boutique provider who will show you the attention and care you want when planning such an important event.

I loved working with Happinest, there rental items are beautiful and unique, and the service is personal yet professional and efficient. I will be using much more of them for next season.

Best decor company ever very excellent customer service. And they can do luxury weddings and weddings that you can afford. Which means what the client wants the client gets.

Slightly on the expensive side in comparison to other hiring businesses, but you will receive excellent service and beautiful items to hire!

Happinest was so incredible. I am from Jhb but got married in Cpt. Finding the perfect decor company was a big concern of mine, as I wasnt sure of anyone in the industry within thr Cpt area. Once I had made contact peace of mind was given immediately. I only had a small ceremony of about 35 people and my worry was that I needed to have a minimum spend requirement and that wasnt the case. The staff were so amazing, they took the time to send me actual photos of Pieces I was enquiry about and I was able to execute and bring my idea to life so beautiful. I will forever be so greatful to Happinest and will recommend you as much as I possibly can.Thank you once again for being part of the reason my day was just so perfect.
