I'm really so dissapointed. I was there on the 19th of October 2020 to get a screen protector they charged me R250 for. The end result was glue sticking my power button shut and glue sticking my phone to my phones cover. I called the 20th of October 2020 and told them what was going on. I drove all the way back to Vredenburg and they helped me yet again. They put a new screen protector on and it made bubbles. I was also met with rubber bands all over my phone. The guy told me that I should leave the rubber bands on for an hour so that the glue could settle, I did that. The glue was peeling out yet again. After 2 hours I took the bands off and the protector came off with it. I'm going back tomorrow and I want my money back. So so dissapointed.

usually good service and availability of parts and products. there are at least two similar shops in the centre run on a family basis by mr rehman. don't take the 1st price offered, negotiate for discount!

Very bad service!! The guy working there sweared at me when I complained about the phone that was not working that he sold to us on Friday, 15 August 2020. Horrible customer service received today...especially to woman! I am taking this matter further...

i got my charging block repaired, too bad i had my screen popping out as it was not put in properly, resulting in a crack, and my phone suddenly keeps restarting.... wow....
