I contacted Drain Surgeon after seeing their ad on Google because I needed my outlet pipe in the kitchen split to accomodate a washing machine and dishwasher. The guys arrived looked at the outlet pipe and looked like they had no idea what to do. I then asked them to send me quote because 1. he did not have the tools, 2. did not have pvc glue, pvc pipes -- NOTHING. So I asked the man for a quote. Drain Surgeons ad says free quotes. Almost a week later I was finally sent a quote but it was to late because I contacted David from 24R plumbing who came within an hour and split the pipe in less than 30 minutes. Almost a month later Drain Surgeon sends me an invoice for R569.25 as a call out fee. Shockingly I am expected to pay for no service, poor service and incompetence. On top of that they have the audacity to lie on the invoice and claim that they came out for a leaky sink.

False advertising not 24/7 Saturday 6pm no answer to calls

The worst plumbers I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Allocated to us by Discovery Insure they damaged my cupds/ my glass table/ my walls just carrying a geyser thru my house. No care whatsoever and moaning about working on a public holiday when they advertise 24/7. Still hung over from Xmas. Disgusting.

Horrendous service. Be warned they will NOT disclose to you on the phone that just to have someone come out, look at the problem for 2 min and then send a quote - you will be charged over R500!! And insist you pay this fee whether or not you choose to use their services!! Will NEVER consider using them again. Unethical business practice.

Rip off they over charged me and then also never fixed the area they worked on properly they just left the bricks on the floor beyond shocking

If I could give zero stars I would, I would not recommend at all, please do not waste your time, they were supposed to be here at 08:30 it’s 11:00 and they still not hereTerrible service

I would like to thank Drain Surgeon (Bruce and Joseph) for the prompt response time as well as excellent service. They managed to fix the problem and detected another issue which I wasn't even aware of. I will definitely be making use of their services in the future.
