Shocking service - no response from owner - still waiting for R509.04 from our customer orders to be paid to us (outstanding since Jan '23).Not sure this service is still active - but BEWARE!!

Very poor service received. Placed an order at 13h00 and paid for the order online. Waited until 14h30 to contact the delivery guy as stated on the app, who then in turn stated that no one is coming or have collected my order. Contacted the delivery guy again at 16h00 and he told me to call for a refund. I have been trying to get ahold of the business and the contact number provided does not connect. The status on the app for the delivery has been ticked off as delivered. Horrendous service.

The mobile is almost always off, the phone mobile app doesn't work and the online app can use some serious improvements. I have ordered before and the delivery simply doesn't come without a call. If you want to compete in this market with Mr D, Uber and private apps then you need to be on form. It's very sad as they deliver for the Chinese restaurant in Wellness centre and we have been supporters of this great place for years.

A part of my order didn’t arrive and the driver accepted full payment and said didn’t have any change …. He pocketed the amount for the order not delivered and the change. Worst deliver service ever

Mobile app and service was below average. Ordered meal from Taste of Thai in Salt Rock. Despite advertising free delivery within 2km of the restaurant. I still had to pay for delivery even though I live 1.7km from Taste of Thai. Also delivery took about 90 minutes from when my order was assigned and the driver did not have the correct payment method that I specified. Had to resort to paying him personally via E-Wallet. Disappointing service, but the delicious food eventually arrived and they did apologised. But need to be be better in order to complete with other delivery services.

Terrible service. Order food at 5pm from Simply Asia and still haven't received anything. The driver doesn't answer his phone. Called the actual restaurant who said the food has been ready and waiting but no one had collected it. Terrible service but they fast to take the money out of my account.

Would give zero stars if it were an option. Shocking service. Driver unaware he’s been allocated an order, non responsive when you try to call. All round pathetic service. Will only use Mr. D and Uber Eats going forward.

If I could 0 stars I honestly would. I ordered at 7 and still nothing. Calling the driver. He declines the call. Called the service number and that's also off!!!!. This has to be the worst food delivery service ever. I want my money back for the food which was ordered and never delivered!!!!

The app isn't working, I ordered food and paid for it and now I have over R500 in credit and can't use it because the app still isn't working. Tried calling and phone number not working. Absolutely terrible
