The play facilities are good and the restaurant area is stunning, looking over a beautiful river!Our unit had a beautiful view whilst many just look onto mowed lawns. We were missing basic things like a rug and a coffee table in the lounge and an internal dining table when weather was cold and wet.The bad side was the noise above us (particularly on the weekend) when taxi loads arrived with people coming to parties and making a noise. Not what we expect when going into nature for a break from the city.

The accommodation is beautiful. You can spend the day there. Lovely kids play area my son didn't want to leave the holiday home. Everything is provided in the self catering units. We stayed in unit R1 only problem was the lounge door not closing or opening easily.

Great stay with family. The place is clean and comfortable. Spent a few nights without hot water, attempts to get sorted didn't work. Restaurant extra slow over a busy weekend, seemed I'll prepared. My boys enjoyed the water activities. It's a great place for a quite time away with family. When you go, confirm route first, we went off road unintentionally and arrived to a receptionist who declared it's happened to a lot of ppl. Great if you drive a jeep or landrover, anything else, you'll be putting your driving skill and car to the test over a long stretch of gravel road.

We are leaving early, checking out a day before because we have had six nights of no sleep. We have complained about the noise from the neighbors. Nothing has been done about it. It's been badly managed, we were apologized to today by front desk reception and promised it has been addressed and nothing has changed. So now we have had to find another place to stay for our last night. This is our third time we have stayed here but won't be back. We are tired from a lack of sleep...6 nights of noise every single night. Last night it stopped at 4am in the morning. This is unacceptable.

What a great place to stay for a vacation! The cabana is huge and very well equipped. You only have to bring your own food and clothes, because the rest are all provided for. Loadshedding? NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL!! They have a generator that is big enough to provide electricity for the whole resort. We never had a moment where we had no power, hot water or couldn't cook. I will definitely go back there again! They also have a great variety of activities that you can participate in, and there is a program loaded with fun things to do for every day.

Great location. Could definitely do more to create an awesome experience. They have so many facilities, which they should sell onto each resident ON ARRIVAL, and then make sure everything is in order.Else, great staff, great restaurant, decent rooms, awesome pools and just beautiful grounds. Would definitely do another family trip here!

Stayed many times but this time was in a log cabin. Definitely needs an upgrade. The bath was pretty shot, white ants had eaten the skirting in the bathroom. There isn't enough light over the dining room table. On the good side the grounds and gardens are immaculate and beautiful. The river frontage is stunning as well as the restaurant area. I understand an upgrade is happening so look forward to seeing the end result. All in all will be back and can recommend.

A great place to come rest, they have a excellent wifi, so you are able to do working holidays. The food is amazing and staff are always helpful.The children facility are world class. Plenty of things to do. The have generators so load shedding is not a problem.

We had a wonderful time at Hazyview Cabanas. The staff was so so friendly. They let us feel welcome from the first moment.My absolute favourite was the massage at the Spa. Lerato knows how. It was the best massage I ever had.The food at the restaurant was top class.The cleaning lady was also very friendly and helpful.We will see you again.Thank you Hazyview Cabanas!!
