Quick to call you with a quote, quick to call you to sign up. Nowhere to be found when you have a query.I am going to cancel my new policy, lets see how quick you contact me then!Not even a month yet, and already pathetic service. A one star rating is too much!

I have been trying to process a claim for 5 weeks with no luck. Every person I have spoken to promises to assist, get a line manager to help or states that this will be processed same day. However this is not the case at all.My opinion is that they will avoid you completely when you try to process a claim but are more than happy to take your debit orders.This is genuinely starting to feel like a scam of a company that provides no real services.Also fake reviews it seems so by average they should have a 2 star rating.

Ziyaadh from Motorplan direct sold me a policy & advised me of the incorrect vehicle check to do. Not even 24 hours & I will be cancelling. I'm not paying for another vehicle check. Disappointed, they don't even respond on the concern. Pathethic service!!! If I could rate zero, I would.

Read the fine print carefully about wear and tear" before you sign the policy documents!!! On an older vehicle I am sure that everything will be considered "wear and tear" after you submit a claim. After I realised this

I am currently having a hard time just getting through to book a service for my car, they do not even answer their calls. I am currently due for service and they are nowhere to be found, no response on emails and on phone calls.
