Thabo is really useless when it comes to service. I went to that branch to cancel my contract, and he assisted me, the service I got from him was horrible. He even had the guts to tell me that he wishes I never come back to their shop.well I wish he gets fired, cause clearly he is ot the man for the job hes doing. I didn't even cause any drama with that guy. Honestly I don't know why he could say such a horrible thing to a client. I actually think his mind is not functioning properly.

I was dismissed from the onset that we have walked into the shop, the concierge was rude and dismissive and seemed not to want to assist, its only when my mother stepped in that her attitude changed, waited in line for an upgrade just to be greeted by another rude employee , to be dismissed once more about my upgrade and account enquiry , its very discerning to come into the outlet and be treated this way

Terrible service!The service providers are rude and are deliberately slow at providing any service. There is no sense of urgency. On top of all that this store doesn't accept digital proof of residence for no valid reason.It's honestly the worst Telkom branch I have ever visited!

U find few consultants during off peak and on peak time... Some are at work but walking around the shop... I dnt think i can even suggest any person to come to use it...

I drove from Zeerust, 140km away to get to your Telkom shop and the lady that helped me was rude and was more bothered with her red bull than to help me. Absolutely disgusted.

I took my phone in for repairs and I was told I’d get a confirmation sms to say that it has been booked in for repairs. I didn’t get the sms and when I called to ask why I didn’t get any help. The man I spoke to stopped talking to me on the phone and just went quiet. I could hear him speaking to other people. I think my phone has been STOLEN. I can’t get through to the store via telephone anymore (I live far from the store). I’m not sure if my number was blocked.
