Paid for a travel system that should've been delivered already, but got sent to the wrong province. Customer care not bothered to answer email or phone calls. 3 weeks later and Im still waiting. No feedback from them.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED IN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! YOU CANNOT GET HOLD OF ANYBODY IN YOUR DEPARTMENT, I HAVE TRIED EMAILING, SOCIAL MEDIA, PHONING AND NO ONE HAS THE DECENCY TO GET BACK TO ME REGARDING MY ORDER THAT IS PAID FOR. THIS IS THEFT!!!!!!!!! AND THIS IS BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!

I AM SHOCKED. Been trying to get a hold of someone that will be able to assist me with where my online order is. I've emailed them on the provided email address for 3 consecutive days , phoned them on the customer care line with absolutely no luck, I've lost count on how many times. They do not even answer the phone. I've even tried Facebook and Instagram messages.Absurd that a company of this capacity has the WORST SERVICE I've ever came across. So disgusted.

I bought vouchers online that takes 10 days - this alone I dont understand why it takes 10 to 12 days to issue a voucher. The problem that I have is the order was done on 5 JUNE... I have had to personally call and spoke to Bianca if I am not mistaken, that promised to have it sorted out!Beyond pathetic! Either send my vouchers or refund me!

I have been trying to place an order for 2 days now. Incredibly frustrating and annoying. I reached out to customer service to please assist and Karabo came back with an answer completely off tangent. I'm actually not made, just hoping this will get someones attention to help me buy your stuff. Crazy, hey!?

The wrong toy was sent, and the other was broken. They also used misleading advertising for an avengers toy, and charged us R349, for a toy that we paid R150 for earlier this year. Online store is appalling.
