what's the use of giving us your number if u not gonna answer our calls, and why are u not answering us when we asking for your branch code if we want to send PAXI parcel, there are more than 5 ppl who asked For your code for PAXI but no answer, such a useless shop

Always a fun and friendly atmosphere. Staff go out of their way to help find what you're looking for, even if it means having to go through boxes in the store room.

Saw the ratings and reviews for this store and thought nothing of it. Now I totally understand, terrible service. Not lovely having a staff member speak to a customer in a condescending manner and tensions being unnecessarily high during the middle of the day in an empty store. No thanks

Very small, not a big selection of goods

Horrible client service, keep you standing and then when you finally get to the till, the clerk tells you to wait for the next tiller but she will assist the next person. Pathetic service.

PEP Fishhoek Capetown . Very ignorant cashiers. I didn't like the way they treated me a few hours ago when I was asking them to help me change my ten rand coins to ten rand notes as my bus fare they refused to help me they wasted my time having making me to wait yet they knew all along they won't help me. I went to change my coins there hoping to find help as im used to change at PEP Longbeach mall .i had to walk from PEP Fishhoek to noordhoek because the bus was few minutes gone. 15 March 2019 at 15:55pm till 16:05pm and my bus live at 16:00pm. I was so frustrated i even tried to call head office and the land who answered my call in Afrikaans hanged my call before I even explained myself. Im a PEP fan and i do my shoping there worst part of it i was wearing a pair of jeans i bought there at PEP Fishhoek. Im not going to rate it today because I'm angry. I think they must learn manners from PEP Longbeach what a staff

What a pleasure to send parcels with PAXI through PEP in Fish Hoek. Such friendly and helpful staff. And really without hassle, fast and efficient. Thank you!

Very slow service. Only one till open. 10/15 mins to be served. Busy with a refund!

The store was very busy and people were not adhering to social distancing. When I eventually got to the till after standing in the queue for 25 mins, I was told I could not pay with cash as there was no change available. (R60)Perhaps this could have been communicated to the customers in the queue before reaching the till.
