I am dissatisfied and disappointed in the service. We bought a bed on Sunday and was assured of delivery on Tuesday. It is Friday a week later. Excuse after excuse and I had to wait in vane everyday and phone to find out about my bed delivery. Tuesday the delivery vehicle broke down on Wednesday it was the wrong bed and today they are still waiting for the delivery... We were just informed that we will receive it only tomorrow. Rather be honest and give the delivery 5 to 7 days delivery grace and not lie to get a quick sale. This causes loss of sales and no referrals. I have have to wait again and if I have no bed by tomorrow morning Saturday 8th August I will demand a immediate refund.
