Morgan's Funeral Services

A death in the family is never an easy experience. However it is something we all have to deal with at some point. We recently lost my dad's brother and Morgan's funeral services where the funeral home we choose. There are not enough words to express the gratitude we have for the exceptional service we received from the staff and owners. The professionalism they carry out their work with, the dignity with which they treat the deceased, the patience and respect they show to the family and the time and effort that they put into a funeral are simply Outstanding. We all wish to send our loved ones off with the most dignity and respect, and for me, there is no better funeral home to entrust that last journey with, other than Morgan's. We have eternal gratitude to these amazing people who work at Morgans, the attitude with which each of you carries out your duties is admirable. I hope that the staff at this business realize what a blessing they are to the families of those who have passed away. We are sincerely greatful.

Great exceptional service providers

Total disrespect.Went to a funeral in northdale for a family member on the 2nd of September  2021, not only did the hearse come in 1 hour 30 minutes late, but they actually lied and said it was en route just in traffic. After numerous questions we found out the hearse was in fact stuck and there was no help coming from the funeral home.  Our aunties hearse had to be towed to her home by a friend's van.After the funeral we were making our way to the crematorium in Cato Ridge only for the same hearse to break down on the highway again. After we were told the problem had been dealt with and the Hearse had been fixed.This further reduced our time at the crematorium to only 5 mins.They have not issued an apology neither did they do their best to rectify their mistakes.An absolute shamble of a Funeral Home.

We cremated a family member today who passed due to covid 19. I want to thank Morgans for doing such a great job ensuring that it was dignified even with all the restrictions especially a with a covid death made me feel like our loved one was in good hands all the way.Keep up the excellent service Morgans funeral home.
