I requested a soak off which the lady filed my nails until it was sore.For the application of gelish she applied it all over my cuticle. She tried to scrape the gelish and injured my toe and then it bled.A soak off nails, pedicure and gelish took about 3 hours.This was such a disappointing experience and still having to pay R450.I wont advise anyone to have their nails done here.
