The shop was very organized and the prices are quite affordable.

The worst Baby Boom ever! They never have stock of anything and just blame head office for months of not having something on the shelf. Very little variety of their products and the assistants are not knowledgeable in any of the products they do stock.

Great service and all Covid protocols being observed.

Staff members inconsiderate, thinking of themselves when they are supposed to assist customers.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!After supporting this store over the past few years, it is extremely sad to see it in the state it is in. The staff are not to be seen and saunter in from the back, no greeting and it's a MASSIVE effort to even ring your items. The store went from being a friendly, informative space for parents to a dull, miserable place where you feel like it's an inconvenience to the staff.Today I went to the store to exchange an item I had purchased yesterday. The lady behind the till, sitting in a corner on her phone reluctantly helped me. I explained that I wanted to exchange my item for another. She rang up the new item and asked me to pay? I explained that this was an exchange and not a new purchase (I should just pay in the difference). I was made out to be stupid and was told that I need to pay the full price because I didn't want the other item. TRAIN YOUR STAFF ON EXCHANGES! She then walked away to find, a manager" - I'm guessing. No greeting

Nice for the bare basics for your baby but don't expect to find anything really different thereWe were going to get gifts for a baby shower, according to a registry that was done with them but this particular branch didn't have much of what we needed and there weren't really anything unique or different like a cute toy or something for the baby, which was a little disappointingBut they do have the daily basic baby necessities so that's good

Dull shop. Lighting poor. Staff are ok but pretty much look like they're sitting bored. Only help when you ask for it, no real nice hello" or welcoming feeling on arrival. Pricing is good hence the 2 and not 1 star"

Not a wide range. A very depressing store to say the least. No energy. Staff could also be more helpful. Shanti the manager is not helpful at all. Purchased a cote and the pieces did not fit and had scratches on it. All she said was complain to the supplier. Not her fault. So we open a new box only to find the items are also damaged. Very poor quality.
