The Missing Sock
I took 4 items of clothing to this laundromat and told to return 4 days later to collect the garments, costing me a total of R400. I only received 1 of the garments on time and was told there was a delay with the rest. The rest of the items were returned late, all with stains that were not previously there. The items of clothing are all ruined and cannot be worn. The staff members laughed and said I should dye the clothing so that’s it’s still usable. No accountability was taken for their actions.Please DO NOT USE THEM. They will treat you and items poorly.
