Had a nightmare fault Find on my ML350 Merc, yet Ashley and team didnt stop until the issue was fixed. Im not an easy client and they had all their days, but they have all my loyalty now and future business. I can Definitely vouch for their excellent service.

From the first visit, I was assisted by Nico Theron. I had so many back and forth incidents with my service plan provider, yet he remained calm, patient and extremely helpful. This was the case with the team in general including the driver who assisted me numerous times with collections and drop offs early in the mornings. Recently, I approached Nico to ask if Bosch could assist me with changing my light bulbs. Again, his professional and friendly service has not changed. So happy to receive such top tier customer service especially when things don’t go right with other 3rd party service providers. Thanks again, Nico. See you at the service!

Good service over the phone.

Unfortunately my recent experiences had left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. In my opinion Bosch is truly good at providing a basic service, however recently when needing addition work parts always seem to take too long to receive and then excuses about not fitting etc. Also problems not resolved. Meaning being inconvenienced to take car back again. Sorry to say that I won’t be using them again.

Currently having the worst car experience with this service provider, and will be updating my experience as it happens.A BMW 4 series that has been serviced at the local agent until 2020 when I took to to this service provider. My engine is now dead after warning after warning and many returns to them and nothing being done with the warning light except for oil filters being changed.They have questionable diagnostic skills, and have been doing trial and error with my car. The latest call from them is one where they want to quote me more R120 000 on a new engine and they are now blaming the car for their poor workmanship.The inability to diagnose the light below has since turned into the need for a new engine. I returned this car multiple times, the first time they even went to an extent of changing a radiator, which was not in any way related to the problem I took the car in for.As I await re-assembly of my engine, and diagnostics from BMW, I shall update my developments with complaints I will lodge with their head-office, the RMI and also possibly the MIOSA, should there be no help elsewhere.20/08/2021 # Update 1: Following a written complaint with the Bosch SA(who only serve as a mediator between you and workshop and nothing more), I have since come to a somewhat compromise agreement with workshop to have car moved to another local Bosch franchise, reportedly with the right tools and expertise. I hope that the work will be done with the skill level required, the customer service promised, and the customer-centric attitude essential for this.# Quotation to follow

Totally amazed by the service provided at Bosch centre today. Justin was our service advisor and great assistance was given to us. Thank u Justin for going the extra mile in making sure Motorite did their part as well. Definitely worth taking my car to you today and going forth.

I would recommend to any person to take their vehicle to Bosch Little Falls. Nico Theron is an amazing service advisor. He phoned me to inform me what the problem is with my car and he he really does go the extra mile to assist anyway possible to get your vehicle ready in time. Bosch Little Falls prices isn't out of line comparing to the rest of service houses. When I book my car for any issue, I directly ask for Nico. On arrival to book my vehicle, Nico had my vehicle details ready for sign off. This saved me time for the morning traffic. All the employees at Bosch Little Falls greets professionally and will always have a quick check in with any one who walks into their front office with a Good day Sir/madam how are you doing today?". Thank you Nico and driver for assisting with the collection of my father in law in order to sign off my car from Bosch Little Falls."

My name is Irish , I would like to express my gratitude towards Nico and Dylan his colleague who went the extra by assisting me with some emergency repairs which took less than a few minutes to resolve and didn’t charge me for it ,as it was minor service required.
