Bought a slimming belt it busted they refused to exchange it yet thr was no one who explained to me that exchanges can not be done, its not even 30days i bought it.m so disappointed dont see myself buying their product nor recommendingit to anyone...pietermaritzburg Game liberty mall

I have never had such a run around from.trying to find their store entrance to getting consumables for a machine. Told machine is phased out and not holding any consumable for longer than 5 years which I.believe is against the law I think the.CPA makes a 10 year period mandatory

I like their factory shop, which sells affordable products.

Complaint - I was promised by your Roselene that I would get my old parts back - Quote 2808443 on the 22nd November. The PC board and motor burnt out, 1 year old. In a year, the vacuum cleaner is only used every two weeks on 3 small persian rugs at my home. I was told the hose and filter was faulty and not covered by the guarantee, but when we took out the extended warranty, the gent at Makro told us that no matter what goes wrong with the unit the parts will be replaced under warranty. I have a Hoover and it is 10 years old and the filter and hose are still perfect. So I'm very disappointed with Verimark, the first and last time I will buy from them. Then when the unit arrived back at Makro the handle was missing and the old filter and hose were not in the box as promised. I called her from Makro and she assured me that the parts and my handle would be returned in a few days. On the 9th December I sent her an email asking where the old parts are and she said she would find out from downstairs and let me know. Today is the 13th December and still no response from Roselene. Needless to say I think Verimark are a bunch of incompetent people selling poor quality machines and parts. The next time a Verimark salesman steps into my path at Makro or the like, I will certainly let everybody around know that you buy from Verimark at your own risk.

I bought a small vacuum cleaner approx 3 years ago. I have been trying to purchase/order a plastic cup for 6 months without success. What is the purpose of buying a product being told uou can buy spares, but this never available.

Still waiting for a call back from the customer services manager. I need to return a replacement sponge that is unused as the Butterfly mop itself broke and had to buy a new one- the Butterfly Elite. And the sponge doesnt fit on the Elite version. The issue is a 15 day return policy. This is a slightly different situation which requires out-of-the-box thinking!

I'm furious, bad service, don't answer the phone, don't repair my vacuum correctly, I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Verimark Centurion is actually a very nice shop, accept that they never answer the telephone. It is very frustrating. And when I phoned, there was no loadshedding.

Wow, what amazing service from Daryl at Verimark. I ordered what I thought was a dust buster hand vac from Takealot, it was actually the genesis auto vac. I contacted Takealot from whom I ordered it to ask to return it as I realised when I received it that I'd ordered the incorrect item. Unfortunately it is a non returnable item. I contacted Verimark and they were very happy to help and advised me to return it to one of their stores and process the refund. Thank you Daryl at Verimark for the fantastic customer service.
