Circumcision Clinic

I truly wish i could give a minus 3 star rating. The worst service, lack of communication slow response on whatsapp . the clinic calls the night before my sons appointment to cancel. After taking leave, now i have to take leave again to get the job done somewhere more reliable.

Omg! The worst. Lack of communication. I scheduled for my 5 year son. Took leave and everything. And last minute they advise they work with kids on Tuesday's and Thursdays. Sucks! Furthermore try to call them and whatsapp them the whole day. And no response. Honestly disappointing service

Initially slow to respond to an enquiry sms but thereafter very prompt. Procedure is free, the prep before is excellent. The process and aftercare are well explained and the actual procedure is virtually painless. No pain the first two days and then the natural discomfort followed when bandages came off. Day 2 and Day 7 checkup all good. I would advise getting gen payn for yourself. They give cetapon (paracetamol based) which is helpful but runs out during the recovery and gen payn helps with the inflammation. Nurses don’t like to hear what you’re experiencing and high is unfortunate especially when you have concerns about your recovery but they know what they’re doing. Would be nice for some aspects to be explained since you kinda get cut once. Get gauze and tape from clicks and shave before you go in to make the process easier. Overall happy.
